# Mercado Pago Payment Reconciler for WooCommerce

## Requirements and compatibility

Requires WordPress and WooCommerce. Mercado Pago auditing requires its official integration to be configured. Nave checks require a compatible integration and sufficient payment data.

The plugin uses credentials available in your store and needs HTTPS access to the relevant APIs. Scheduled checks require working WP-Cron or a server cron.

**Nave is also supported:** individual API queries and checks of payment information stored in WooCommerce depend on available identifiers, credentials and enabled settings. The initial gateway selection is Mercado Pago; enable Nave if your store uses it.

**Your first audit is read-only:** new installations start with scheduled checks and automatic status actions disabled. Run a manual audit, compare a known operation and then separately enable schedules or intervention rules if needed. Updates preserve existing settings.

The plugin does not process payments or independently repair SSL, webhook, hosting or integration errors. It identifies differences when verifiable information is available.

## Frequently asked questions

Can it find older paid orders that were cancelled?It can review earlier orders within the configured period when enough information is available to identify and verify the payment.

Does it automatically fix orders?New installations start read-only. You can enable actions when configured rules and validations allow, or keep reviewing without changing order statuses.

Should I remove the official Mercado Pago plugin?No. Payment Audit is a complementary tool that works alongside the official integration.

Does it work with every payment method?No. It supports Mercado Pago and Nave with different checks depending on integration data and configuration. Nave uses stored payment information and API queries when compatible identifiers and credentials are available.

Does the license expire after six months?No. Six months refers to included plugin support. The purchased version can continue to be used afterward. Lifetime updates are not guaranteed.

Can I move my license to another domain?The license covers one site. Contact support for a domain change and ownership verification.

How do I receive the plugin?After payment confirmation, the ZIP download and activation key are available for your purchase.

Does activation send my sales data to Tu WEBMASTER?No. Activation sends the license key, site URL and an installation identifier for license verification. Orders and Mercado Pago credentials are not sent. Payment queries run from your store.
