From a paid order to an authorized invoice
Taking payment and issuing a tax invoice are separate tasks. Tu WEBMASTER ARCA invoicing for WooCommerce connects compatible orders to Argentina’s WSAA/WSFEv1 services, so you can request the invoice authorization code (CAE) from WordPress and retain its details with the sale.
This version is intended for Argentine registered VAT taxpayers issuing A/B invoices for sales of goods in Argentine pesos.
Tools for day-to-day operations
- Fiscal checkout fields: optionally add recipient VAT condition, document type and validated DNI/CUIT to classic ARS checkout. Existing field mapping and order administration entry remain available.
- Your invoice identity: choose modern or classic layout, local logo and one or three copies. Preview uses sample data without requesting a CAE.
- Email links: optionally send a private link after production authorization. It expires in 30 days, supports guest access, and can be resent or revoked from the order. Uses the store mail transport without PDF attachments.
- Accounting exports: download invoices and VAT groups as TXT, CSV or Excel XLSX. Uses authorized fiscal dates and amounts, with a row per VAT group. Sales TXT follows the 266/62-character Libro IVA Digital layouts; review with your accountant before importing.
- Certificate assistant: generate KEY and CSR files privately outside the webroot and download through protected administrator access. ARCA issues the CRT and WSFE authorization is a separate step.
- Invoice history: classic and HPOS lists display invoice links. Previous invoice references prevent reissuance and allow consultation of a local PDF or available original reference without rebuilding fiscal totals from today's order.
New checkout fields and automatic invoice emails require explicit activation. Excel requires PHP ZIP; TXT and CSV remain available without it. Historical documents from other systems are consulted separately and are not automatically converted into accounting exports.
What you can do
- Request an invoice manually from a paid WooCommerce order.
- Optionally issue an invoice when a paid order changes to Completed, after testing your setup.
- Save the CAE, expiry date, invoice type, point of sale and number with the order.
- Open a printable invoice with locally generated QR, then print it or save a PDF using your browser.
- Keep an issuance snapshot: later changes to the order or settings do not rewrite the authorized invoice.
- Retain uncertain requests and query their status before allowing further invoices in the same numbering sequence.
Your certificate and private key stay on your server. They are not sent to the Tu WEBMASTER license server.

Not included: C invoices, credit/debit notes, services, exports, electronic credit invoices (FCE), additional taxes, withholding/perceptions, exempt or non-taxable operations, bulk invoicing or PDF attachments sent by email. Taxable 0% VAT is not an exemption. Includes optional fiscal fields for classic ARS checkout. Checkout Blocks requires existing field mapping or entry from order administration.
Configure, test, then automate
- Install the ZIP in WordPress and activate your license under WooCommerce → Facturación ARCA.
- Configure issuer details, an exclusive point of sale and the private test certificates.
- Test authentication without issuing an invoice.
- Issue test invoices from compatible paid test orders and review the results with your accountant.
- Configure production credentials after validation. Enable automatic issuance only if you need it.
New installations start in the test environment with automatic issuance disabled. Installing the plugin does not issue invoices or register your business with ARCA. ARCA decides whether each invoice can be authorized.
License for one website
A license covers 1 website and 1 month of plugin support. Use of the purchased version does not expire when support ends. The download and activation key are delivered after payment confirmation. Fiscal certificate management and accounting services are not included; contact us to scope implementation assistance.
Internet access is required for license validation. A temporary license-server outage allows up to 7 days from the last successful check. Previously saved invoices remain accessible. Contact support to arrange a domain change.
Frequently asked questions
Can a monotributo issuer use this for C invoices?
No. This version is for registered VAT taxpayers authorized to issue A/B invoices. Do not buy it if you need C invoices.
Does it start issuing invoices immediately?
No. It starts in test mode with automation disabled. Configure the license, issuer, certificates and point of sale, then validate the workflow before using production.
Does the buyer receive a PDF by email?
Optionally sends a private invoice link with 30-day expiry and revocation, without a PDF attachment. The printable view can be saved as PDF in the browser; guests with a valid link can also access it.
What happens if an authorization request times out?
The plugin retains the request and blocks further issuance in that numbering sequence until the outcome is checked. Use the pending-issuance query action. If the outcome remains uncertain, contact support rather than deleting the record and retrying.
Is this an official ARCA product or a replacement for an accountant?
No. It is an independent Tu WEBMASTER integration without official ARCA affiliation or certification. Ask your accountant to confirm the issuer condition, invoice types, tax data and transaction compatibility.
Does the export use the order date or invoice date?
It uses the authorized fiscal date and snapshot amounts, retaining separate VAT groups. TXT, CSV and Excel XLSX are available; test and production environments are exported separately.
Does CSR generation authorize the store to issue invoices?
No. It prepares private KEY and CSR files. ARCA must issue the CRT, and the merchant must authorize WSFE and configure a valid point of sale.
