# RecurDock: PayPal subscriptions for WooCommerce

## Sell monthly services with PayPal and manage the records in WooCommerce

**RecurDock** connects virtual WooCommerce products to monthly PayPal plans. Your customer completes your store’s checkout, WooCommerce saves the order, and the customer then approves the subscription in PayPal. Verified payments and subscription updates return to WordPress.

It is designed for support retainers, maintenance and monthly services. This workflow does not require WooCommerce Subscriptions.

## Set it up once. Review subscriptions in one place.

- **Connect PayPal:** configure the correct Sandbox or Live application credentials, Merchant ID and registered webhook.

- **Link a product:** select a simple virtual WooCommerce product and enter its existing monthly PayPal plan and final USD amount.

- **Test before enabling:** validate the full Sandbox flow, then enable new subscriptions with the matching Live connection.

- **Monitor in WordPress:** review orders, verified transactions, payment dates and paid periods.

Contextual help and a manual connection check assist setup without creating charges. RecurDock uses existing PayPal plans; it does not create or change them.

## What RecurDock handles

- Save the order before redirecting the customer to PayPal approval.

- Distinguish subscription approval from a confirmed payment.

- Show payment failures independently of the subscription lifecycle.

- Retain verified payment history on the WooCommerce order.

- Display awaiting approval, active, paused, cancelled and expired states.

- Deduplicate repeated events and transaction confirmations.

- Use a separate monthly plan and amount for each configured product.

Optional included hours can be associated with paid periods. There is no task-entry or time-tracking interface.

## One-time plugin purchase

**USD 60** in English or outside Argentina; **ARS 80,000** in Spanish from Argentina. Includes **one website license and one month of plugin support**. Use of the purchased version does not expire when support ends.

You buy RecurDock once. The monthly charges are the subscriptions you sell to your customers through PayPal. PayPal’s own fees are separate.

The download and activation key are delivered after payment confirmation. Licensing enables new subscriptions. Existing PayPal billing, signed webhooks, reconciliation and financial history remain independent of the new-sales license check. Validation requires internet access, with up to seven days of grace from a successful check during a temporary license-server outage.

## Frequently asked questions

Is RecurDock a monthly subscription? No. It is a one-time plugin purchase for one website, including one month of support. The monthly payments are the subscriptions you configure for your own customers.

Do I need WooCommerce Subscriptions? Not for RecurDock’s supported workflow: virtual products, monthly USD PayPal plans and classic checkout. It does not offer every WooCommerce Subscriptions feature.

Does it create PayPal plans automatically? No. Create or select a plan in PayPal, then link its ID and matching amount to the WooCommerce product in the correct environment.

What happens if a payment fails?RecurDock records a verified failure and keeps payment status visible independently of subscription status. It does not guarantee recovery or independently collect outstanding balances.

Does changing an order status or deactivating the plugin cancel billing? No. Billing agreements are managed in PayPal. Manual order changes or plugin deactivation do not cancel those agreements.

Can I bill my customers monthly in Argentine pesos? This version supports monthly USD PayPal plans. Paying for the plugin in ARS does not change the currency of subscriptions it manages.
