1. Digital and customized services

Because our services are digital and customized, including website development, custom design and technical support, returns do not apply once work has started. This includes:

• Custom website development
• Graphic and interface design
• Implementation of custom functionality
• Technical support and consulting

2. Cancellations

If you cancel a project before work begins, you may request a refund of the amount paid, minus administrative expenses and services already provided, where applicable.

3. Partial refunds

For partially completed services or intermediate deliveries, refund requests will be assessed according to the work completed by the request date.

4. Quality issues or dissatisfaction

If you believe the delivered service does not meet the agreement, our team will assess the situation to:

• Make necessary corrections or adjustments
• Propose an alternative solution

Our goal is to fulfill the contracted service as specified in the original agreement.
