A Technical Partner for Digital Agencies: Development and Support Behind Your Brand

A digital agency collaborating with its external web development partner

Two companies don’t have to share a logo to work as one team.

An agency can specialize in SEO, digital marketing, branding, design, or content strategy while offering clients the technical solutions those services often depend on.

Web development, WooCommerce, custom integrations, automation, software, performance improvements, and ongoing technical support.

The opportunity is to offer more without having to build every technical specialty in-house.

At Tu WEBMASTER, we partner with digital agencies as an external development and technical support team. We work alongside your people, contribute experienced engineering support, and help keep client projects moving forward.

We can deliver behind your brand, take on complete projects, or build a commercial partnership that works for both businesses.

Your agency keeps its identity and client relationships. We bring the technical capacity to support the work you deliver.

Expand Your Services Without Having to Do Everything In-House

Every agency has its own strengths.

Some build brands. Others design digital experiences, run campaigns, create content strategies, or focus on SEO and GEO.

Client needs don’t stop at those boundaries.

A campaign may call for a custom landing page. An SEO strategy may require changes to the website itself. An online store may need to connect with accounting software, automate a workflow, or add functionality that off-the-shelf plugins don’t provide.

Then there is the ongoing work: maintenance, performance, security, compatibility, and improvements as the client’s business evolves.

Each of these needs can become another way for your agency to deliver value and strengthen a long-term client relationship.

Our role is to give your agency a technical team you can bring into the picture whenever a project calls for development or support.

We’re here to complement what you do, not replace it.

What Can Your Agency Offer With Our Support?

We bring more than 20 years of experience in web and software development, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Next.js, Node.js, and API integrations.

We can work with your agency across several areas.

WordPress, WooCommerce, and Web Development

Websites, online stores, custom features, WordPress plugins, e-commerce integrations, and improvements to existing projects.

We can also help when a client’s requirements go beyond what standard themes or plugins can deliver.

Technical SEO and GEO Implementation

If your agency leads organic search strategy, we can help put the technical requirements into practice.

Information architecture, indexing controls, canonicals, XML sitemaps, internal linking, structured data, product page improvements, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance.

We can also support technical work related to local search and AI-assisted search experiences, including the way content is structured, connected, and made accessible.

Your agency can own the strategy while we take on the agreed technical implementation.

Custom Software and Integrations

Some projects need more than a website.

We can help develop web applications, management tools, admin dashboards, automation workflows, CRM connections, payment integrations, third-party API integrations, and SaaS products.

That gives your agency a way to pursue more complex opportunities without building every capability into its permanent team.

Ongoing Maintenance and Technical Support

Launching a website is only the beginning.

Sites need updates, troubleshooting, performance improvements, compatibility work, and new features as the business grows.

We can take care of that technical work for projects we build together or sites your agency already manages.

How Can We Work Together?

There is no single arrangement that fits every agency.

We can define the right model based on your project pipeline, client relationships, and the work involved.

1. Your Behind-the-Scenes Technical Team

We offer white-label development and support.

Your agency manages the client relationship, proposals, and project coordination. We handle agreed development and support tasks within your workflow and under your brand.

We can take requirements from your team, work in your project management tools, and deliver work that fits into the services you already provide.

Your clients get the experience of a broader team without your agency having to hire full-time developers for every specialty.

2. Hand Off an Entire Project

We can also take ownership of an agreed development scope from planning through delivery.

If a client asks for a project you would rather outsource, we can assess technical feasibility, define the scope, provide an estimate, and handle implementation.

The client relationship can remain with your agency, or we can work together through a direct engagement if that’s what both parties prefer.

Either way, roles, deliverables, and commercial terms are agreed before work begins.

3. Share Projects and Business Opportunities

Not every partnership has to be white-label.

We can collaborate as independent businesses, each bringing its own strengths to a client project.

If you refer a project that results in a direct engagement with us, we can discuss a referral fee or another commercial arrangement, subject to agreed terms.

We can also build joint proposals when our services naturally fit together.

The goal is a practical relationship that works for both agencies and serves the client well.

4. A Monthly Development Retainer Across Multiple Clients

For agencies managing several websites, we offer a monthly web development and support plan.

It includes five hours per month that you can allocate across multiple projects, including sites belonging to different clients of the same agency.

The time can cover troubleshooting, updates, design adjustments, performance work, smaller features, or technical consultation within the agreed scope.

Larger development projects can be estimated and quoted separately.

It is a practical way to keep ongoing technical work organized without sourcing a new contractor for every request.

More Than Outsourcing Tasks: Build a Working Relationship

When you have a development partner you know and trust, every new project doesn’t have to start from scratch.

Over time, we can learn how your agency works, understand the technology behind your clients’ websites, and become familiar with the types of requests you handle.

That makes communication, planning, and long-term maintenance easier.

We can also help you evaluate technical options, assess custom feature requests, and make decisions about performance, security, scalability, and new technologies.

We don’t want to be just another name on a list of contractors. We want to be the technical partner your agency knows it can call on.

Your Brand and Your Client Relationships Stay Yours

We understand the time and trust it takes to build strong client relationships.

That’s why we agree on responsibilities, scope, confidentiality, and commercial terms before starting a project.

We can work under confidentiality agreements, use appropriately limited access, and document what we deliver.

Code ownership, repository access, and handoff terms are defined in the applicable agreement.

When we work under your agency’s brand, we respect your relationship with the end client.

For referrals or joint projects, we establish the commercial arrangement upfront.

Our aim is to give both businesses a clear foundation for a long-term partnership.

Who Do We Work With?

We collaborate remotely and can work with agencies in different countries, subject to agreeing on communication, scheduling, and project terms.

Our services are especially relevant to:

  • SEO and GEO agencies that need development support for technical improvements, website performance, and custom features.
  • Digital marketing agencies looking to add web development, automation, and integrations to their services.
  • Branding and design studios that need a development partner to turn creative work into functioning websites and applications.
  • WordPress and WooCommerce agencies that need additional delivery capacity or specialized technical support.
  • Digital consultancies and software companies that want to collaborate on projects or outsource a defined part of their development work.

Whether you manage a handful of client websites or a larger portfolio, we can start with a single project and see where the partnership goes.

Frequently Asked Questions About Working With Tu WEBMASTER

Can Tu WEBMASTER work as part of my agency’s team?

Yes. We can join your workflow as an external development partner, work with your project management tools, and take requirements from your team. We agree on scope, responsibilities, and communication before getting started.

Do you offer white-label development without contacting our clients directly?

Yes. We offer white-label arrangements in which your agency owns the client relationship. We agree upfront on access, delivery, and communication boundaries.

What kind of work can we outsource to you?

We can assess anything from WordPress and WooCommerce improvements to custom plugins, integrations, automation, web apps, and custom software. Feasibility, schedule, and pricing depend on the project.

Can one monthly support plan cover websites for several clients?

Yes. Our five-hour monthly plan allows work across multiple projects and clients belonging to the same agency. Unused hours do not roll over, and the plan does not include immediate response or 24/7 coverage. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately.

Do you offer referral fees or agency commissions?

We’re open to discussing referral agreements, shared projects, and other commercial arrangements. Fees, payment terms, responsibilities, and client ownership are agreed before any engagement. We do not advertise a standard commission for every referral.

Who owns the client relationship and the code?

In a white-label engagement, your agency keeps the client relationship. Code ownership, deliverables, access, and usage rights are set out in the relevant project agreement.

Do you work with agencies outside Argentina?

Yes. We work remotely and can collaborate with agencies internationally. We agree on working language, time-zone coordination, communication channels, and commercial terms before starting.

Can you help if our agency already has in-house developers?

Absolutely. We can provide additional capacity during busy periods or support specific integrations, technical challenges, and development projects alongside your team.
